What is the approach at Be Unbreakable and how does it work?

The approach at Be Unbreakable is based on multiple disciplines like neuroscience, biology, and evolutionary psychology among many disciplines. Most suffering, suffering defined as, mental and physical anguish, is the result of years of suppressed and repressed emotions. The core of our approach is to provide you with the tools to facilitate the letting go of emotions more quickly by helping the nervous system enter parasympathetic activation, the rest and digest function. The more emotions you're able to process effectively, the more issues it resolves in multiple domains of your life while quieting the mind substantially.

How long does it take to see results from working with you?

It's case dependent. Some people understand it immediately and start seeing the impact within their first session with spatial awareness while others take time to adjust to a new way of getting the brain to see and interact with the world. It's also dependent on how open you are to new approaches. The more open you are the faster you will see an effect. All it requires is practice but it is a very simple approach that can be easily integrated into daily life in a matter of days.

What makes Be Unbreakable different from other programs?

Our approach is a multi-disciplinary approach that gets to the core and the cause of anxiety, stress, overwhelm, depression (most cases not all), and other mental afflictions to release them very quickly. It is an empirically based program that doesn't rely on dogma but an experiential approach in a way that works with the way the brain is programmed instead of working against it which only creates more mental anguish.

Believing success and wealth would solve his issues, Robert Rhau created a successful Finance business at 22 and bought everything he desired. Yet, he soon realized money isn't the solution to everything. At his richest, Robert felt his worst, battling depression and anxiety. This led him to seek scientific understanding of suffering and how to overcome it. Now deeply at peace, he dedicates himself to making these methods as available and as affordable as possible to others.
