The approach at Be Unbreakable is based on multiple disciplines like neuroscience, biology, and evolutionary psychology among many disciplines. Most suffering, suffering defined as, mental and physical anguish, is the result of years of suppressed and repressed emotions. The core of our approach is to provide you with the tools to facilitate the letting go of emotions more quickly by helping the nervous system enter parasympathetic activation, the rest and digest function. The more emotions you're able to process effectively, the more issues it resolves in multiple domains of your life while quieting the mind substantially.
It's case dependent. Some people understand it immediately and start seeing the impact within their first session with spatial awareness while others take time to adjust to a new way of getting the brain to see and interact with the world. It's also dependent on how open you are to new approaches. The more open you are the faster you will see an effect. All it requires is practice but it is a very simple approach that can be easily integrated into daily life in a matter of days.
Our approach is a multi-disciplinary approach that gets to the core and the cause of anxiety, stress, overwhelm, depression (most cases not all), and other mental afflictions to release them very quickly. It is an empirically based program that doesn't rely on dogma but an experiential approach in a way that works with the way the brain is programmed instead of working against it which only creates more mental anguish.
